About
My personal journey of self-discovery led me to the profound teachings of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Their comprehensive approach to mindfulness has provided me with a "refuge" during life’s most uncertain times, and it is this same clarity and balance that I aim to share with my students globally.
As a trauma-informed and IFS-informed mindfulness teacher, I believe mindfulness is the ultimate tool for emotional navigation, helping students understand and integrate the various 'parts' of their internal experience. I frequently collaborate with IFS trainers and therapists to lead retreats, where I facilitate the integration of mindfulness into the practice of Internal Family Systems. This collaborative approach allows for a deeper exploration of the heart and mind, grounded in neuroscience and a profound respect for the nervous system.
My teachings reflect a modern approach to ancient wisdom. I often draw upon the rhythms and imagery of nature to make abstract concepts of presence and ease more accessible. Whether you are navigating professional burnout or a personal transition, my classes offer a safe, trauma-informed space to manage stress and anxiety.
